BGC or BG Container Glass Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Bangkok Glass Public Company Limited, operates in glass packaging business. The plant was established in 1974 and started its production in 1979 in Pathumthani with the production capacity of 150 ton per day. Currently, BGC has 5 glass packaging plants with the largest number of production capacity in Thailand. From just one furnace, today, BGC has grown steadily. The company was incorporated into BG Container Glass Company Limited in the year 2016 and was registered as Public Company Limited in the year 2018 The company is built on a foundation of innovation, advanced production technology and effective performance that can be recognized internationally. About this position

The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for managing labor relations, fostering good employee relationships, ensuring discipline, and staying updated on labor laws to maintain a harmonious workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor relations in accordance with the established policies and prevent internal conflicts within the organization.
• Manage employee relations to foster good relationships among all employees and executives at all levels within the company group.
• Manage and ensure discipline among employees in accordance with the company's policies, regulations, and guidelines.
• Develop draft regulations and improve them to align with labor laws and the company's human resources management policies.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations and apply them effectively in the workplace.
• Coordinate the welfare committee and handle relevant coordination tasks as required by regulations.
• Control, monitor, and coordinate the implementation of company protection and benefits, ensuring employees' rights and benefits are safeguarded.
• Communicate and provide employees with knowledge about work regulations consistently.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties as necessary.
• Perform other duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or a similar role, preferably in Thailand.
• Strong knowledge of Thailand's labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
