Customer Technical Service Division Manager (Flexible / Other Packaging)
About this position
Responsibilities
• To coordinate with customers to gather customer information and follow up quality issue such as customer complaint, technical problem, etc.
• Handle and coordinate within related departments for Customer Requirements, customer Audit support
• Systematically prepare and check quality control and quality assurance document such as Process Flow Chart, Process Control Chart, Packaging Standard, etc and reported by following customer properly.
• To control the creation and implements company quality standards.
• Coordinating with factories to ensure the highest quality of companies’ products are maintained.
• Coordinating with test laboratory on product tests, ensuring all products supplied meet customers’ requirements.
• Handling company internal audits to ensure conformity by implementing corrective actions to improve quality and services.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• 5 years’ experience in quality system in manufacturing, experienced in auditing for flexibles packaging, Corrugated boxes is advantage
• Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, GMP, HACCP and FSSC22000 systems
• Strong in using Microsoft Excel, Power point, statistical programs
• Good leadership skills with excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good English communication skills
• Good presentation in both Thai and English
• Must be able to travel
