Responsibilities

You’ll make a difference in:
• Collaborate with Industry Experts: Work closely with project engineers to comprehend design documents, specifications, references, and the overall project scope.
• Streamline Document Management: Identify, review, collect, verify, and systematically organize all technical documents as they are received throughout the project.
• Maintain Project Files: Ensure general project files are consistently updated and properly managed.
• Project Documentation: Manage revisions to design documents and customer submittals efficiently.
• Additional Responsibilities: Take on additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support project success.
• Hands-On Learning: Engage in hands-on activities and real-world applications of theoretical knowledge, bridging the gap between academia and industry practice.

Requirements

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
• Currently pursuing a technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken) with the ability to convey complex technical details to different project stakeholders in both verbal and written formats.
• Keen eye for detail and possess the ability to coordinate project documentation across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, architectural, and structural disciplines to meet customer requirements and production limitations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ready to embrace a dynamic role? Demonstrate your willingness to learn multiple topics and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, showcasing your team player mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
