The plant was established in 1974 and started its production in 1979 in Pathumthani with the production capacity of 150 ton per day. Currently, BGC has 5 glass packaging plants with the largest number of production capacity in Thailand. From just one furnace, today, BGC has grown steadily. About this position

The Account Payable Manager (AP) is responsible for managing all processes in the accounts payable section, ensuring compliance with company policies, and leading a team to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in defining criteria and procedures for implementation to align with the company's policies.
• Manage and take responsibility for all processes in the accounts payable section, including responsibilities for cashiers in the BU.
• Verify various documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with the company's operational practices.
• Compile reports to analyze all accounts payable data.
• Manage and address issues related to the impact on relevant account balances.
• Prepare explanatory notes supporting financial statements in the relevant area.
• Generate reports on interrelated transactions of affiliated companies.
• Take responsibility for the Disclosure Form data.
• Develop accounts payable processes to enhance efficiency.
• Motivate and lead the team in process development, including improving operational efficiency.
• Coordinate on relevant matters both within internal units and external entities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
• Experience with SAP accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in managing a team of accounts payable professionals
• Experience in process improvement and implementing best practices
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations
• Ability to work under pressure
