Senior Operations Officer

Responsibilities
• Partner Management: Provide exceptional support to existing partners to ensure smooth operation and maximum efficiency of the partner flow.
• Issue Resolution: Coordinate and address any operational issues that may arise from partner activities, ensuring timely resolution.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on products leaving partner locations and ensure adherence to brand standards using internal systems.
• Order Management: Aggregate orders from various partner branches and place orders with the procurement department.
• Supplier Management: Manage procurement processes with suppliers to ensure optimal efficiency in product ordering and delivery.
• Operational Efficiency: Analyze operational issues and collaborate with partners to enhance operational efficiency.
• Cost Management: Optimize operational expenses to increase profitability for the project.
• Collaboration with Owned Stores: Coordinate and work closely with the branches of owned stores to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze, summarize, and compile performance metrics of each branch and present to team and senior management.
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or related fields.
• Proven experience in operation management, preferably in the food or restaurant industry.
• Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with collaborative mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional partner experience and driving business success.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing teams is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively under high-pressure conditions.
• Proven ability to function effectively as a team player.
• Fluency in English is required.
