About this position

The Senior Business Development role focuses on identifying new opportunities to enhance profitability through increased sales, improved margins, and cost reduction, while leading project execution and tracking results.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities to improve profitability: increase sales, improve margins, reduce cost
• Develop project business case to get approval and buy-in from all stakeholders
• Lead the execution of the business case and track results
• Understand strategic direction, business and operations of Food BU to identify new opportunities
• Develop project business case i.e. new business model, revised business process, new operating process/ model
• Develop financial quantification, project timeline and management presentation
• Lead the execution of the project by managing timeline, milestones, stakeholders, budgets effectively
• Monitor and track results of the post go-live projects and report to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics or related
• At least 5 years in Project Management, Business Development, Retails or Wholesale or FMCG Business
• Strong analytical skill with ability to work hands on in an independent manner
• High proficiency in MSOffice / SAP
• Good knowledge of financial analysis and basic accounting concept
• Communication both Thai & English & Chinese is a must
