The Scrum Master will coach the team on Agile practices, facilitate various meetings, and ensure quality deliverables while collaborating across teams to remove impediments.
Responsibilities
• Coach team on Agile practices and encourage adaptation and iteration and an environment that fosters Agile
• Collaborate across teams in IT and the business as required to remove impediments and deliver on time for all Sprints
• Ensure deliverables have met quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews/demos, retrospectives, and release planning meetings
• Track and communicate team commitments, velocity and sprint/release progress
• Coach and support continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
• Good knowledge of Agile principles and the flexibility to adapt their experience to new and evolving environments
• Must be fluent in English
