About this position

The International Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting the marketing department in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, business development, and identifying market opportunities, particularly in the Middle East and APAC regions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting the marketing department in the development and implementation of its marketing, business development and finding the market opportunity.
• Product and Brand Management: Branded product and OEM, monitor sales performance and implement export strategies to penetrate international market.
• Trade & category management: Category and shopper data analysis to understand and deliver right plan for each market.
• Identify new market opportunities and adapt product offerings.
• Channel Management: Optimize the distribution channels, ensuring that products reach the right outlets and customers.
• Conduct and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with sales team and branding team to create products, services and marketing activities.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Provide valuable insights into consumer behavior and purchasing trends and refine marketing strategies and improve the overall product range.
• Create proposals and presentations to pitch products to global clients.
• Manage overall product P&L: Manage marketing and trade spending and lead team to ensure correct and timely spending accrual.

Requirements

• At least 7 years working experience in trade marketing in FMCG, Consumer Products or Trading Company.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing field or related field.
• Good leadership, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills.
