About this position

The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for communicating strategies and policies, managing human resource functions, and improving HR management policies within the Betagro Group.

Responsibilities

• Communicate strategies, policies, and operational frameworks and purpose of the Betagro Group to those involved at all levels, both internally and outside effectively.
• Create and maintain a network of relationships both internally and externally to carry out various operations with maximum efficiency according to the objectives of the Betagro Group.
• Improve the human resource management policy of each department following management guidelines.
• Manage Manpower Planning.
• Manage Compensation and Benefits.
• Performance management.
• Manage labor relations.
• Documents / Personnel Information System.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management or other related fields.
• Good command of spoken and written English is preferred.
• 10 years experience in HRM/ HRD/ HR Strategy or similar roles.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.​
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
