About this position

The Business Analyst II position involves analyzing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing innovative solutions to improve operational and strategic processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and evaluating the business requirement the company has identified for improvement.
• Analyzing new IT advancements to make systems more modern.
• Collaborating with project manager and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of business requirements.
• Developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes.
• Presenting ideas and findings in meetings.
• Writing reports and making presentations to highlight the effect of changes.
• Conducting tests, surveys, and workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, computer science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years experienced in IT project as business analyst.
• Understanding of core products, service and business processes.
• Experienced in Business Analysis on IT projects and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors and management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to be able to find out the solution.
• Research skills for conducted about new processes and software to present effective results.
• Open to learning new ideas outside scope or knowledge skillset.
• Readiness for change and being able to adapt to changes.
• Interested in new technologies and driving the implementation of business solutions.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to go out of conventional ways to do regular.
