Assistant Company Secretary
About this position
The Assistant Company Secretary is responsible for coordinating high-level executive meetings and managing crucial documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate both internally and externally to ensure the smooth organization of high-level executive meetings, such as the Management Committee (MC), Board of Directors (BOD), and shareholders' meetings.
• Storing crucial documents systematically in electronic format includes items such as meeting invitations, meeting materials, high-level executive meeting reports (MC), Board of Directors (BOD) documents, shareholder meeting details, company certifications etc.
• Coordinate the preparation and disclosure of information to the stock market or relevant authorities via the SETLink system.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related
• At least 3 years or more of experience as Assistant Company Secretary in PCL
• Able to arrange MC BOD AGM Meeting & Experience doing One Report (56-1)
• English Communication is preferred
