About this position

บริหารงานบุคคลในต่างประเทศโดยการนำกลยุทธ์ แนวปฏิบัติ หลักการ จากส่วนกลางไปปรับใช้ให้เหมาะสมกับวัฒนธรรมของต่างประเทศ โดยสามารถบริหาร Stakeholders ที่อยู่ในต่างประเทศได้เพื่อให้การบริหารงานบุคคลเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Responsibilities

• Performance Management : จัดทำและติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานท้องถิ่นระหว่างปีเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าได้ปฏิบัติตามและ align ตามแผนงานของแต่ละประเทศ
• Promotion and Special Adjustment : จัดหาเครื่องมือเพื่อใช้ในการประเมินพนักงานปรับตำแหน่งให้กับพนักงาน
• Recruitment and manpower planning - สรรหาอัตรากำลังให้เป็นไปตามแผนอัตรากำลัง ทั้งอัตรากำลังตามงบประมาณ และอัตรากำลังโครงการลงทุนใหม่ (Local staff & Worker) - ควบคุมและบริหารการจ้างงาน ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัท ทั้งกลุ่ม Staff, Worker, Outsource
• Compensation management - บริหารค่าจ้างเงินเดือนและสวัสดิการ ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัทฯ - ควบคุม และทำจ่ายค่าจ้างเงินเดือนของพนักงาน - สำรวจค่าจ้างและสวัสดิการในพื้นที่ และกำหนดหลักเกณฑ์การปรับเงินเดือนประจำปี (Local staff & Worker)

Requirements

• วุฒิการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี , ปริญญาโท สาขาวิชา Political science, Business Administration, Economic, management
• ประสบการณ์ : ด้าน HRBP มากกว่า 5 ปี ทางด้าน : HRBP
• Knowledge & Attribute : HRM, HRD, HRBP
• สามารถปฏิบัติงานประจำต่างประเทศได้
• Open Mind มีความสามารถในการปรับตัวเพื่อเข้ากับ สิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม วัฒนธรรมที่แตกต่างได้เป็นอย่างดี รวมทั้งมีความสามารถ ในการ บริหารทีมงาน
