The SME Supervisor is responsible for managing the national BEST cloud warehouse expansion and improving the quality of operations and service.
Responsibilities
• Managed national BEST cloud warehouse expansion;
• The responsibilities include improving the quality of Best Cloud Warehouse operations capacity and service;
• Managed the KPI of each BEST cloud warehouse;
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above;
• Good command of spoken and written English or Chinese;
• A minimum of 5 years of logistics operation experience and business development experience are preferred;
• Responsive work, a strong feeling of responsibility, a teamwork attitude, and good communication skills;
• Good at listening and expressing, with strong sense of customer service is preferred;
• Strong resistance to pressure, able to adapt to business trips;
• Familiar with MS Office and good at data analyzing is preferred;
