Internal Audit Supervisor
About this position
Responsibilities
•Develop and implement the internal audit strategy and framework to ensure that the organization is in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
•Responsible for assigning roles and responsibilities to the team members.
•Conduct operational audits in various departments, such as Express, Sorting centers, Transportation, Supply chain, Sales, Financial & Accounting to identify areas for improvement and ensure that the company's operations are running efficiently and effectively.
•Report on audit findings including any deficiencies in the organization's controls and make recommendations to improve those controls.
•Assess compliance with policies and procedures as well as relevant laws and regulations, to ensure that the company is in compliance with all requirements.
•Identify potential risks within the company’s processes, including fraud risks, and operational inefficiencies.
•Evaluate internal controls to identify any deficiencies or weaknesses that could result in operational or financial risks.
•Assist in preparing audit reports that summarize audit findings and recommendations for improvements and presenting to the management team.
•Revising and testing the company’s business continuity plan (BCP).
•Handle any Ad Hoc operational risk-related issues.
•Other jobs assigned.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s or above in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Logistic or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing and risk management field in logistic is highly preferable.
•Deep understanding of IA auditing and risk management COSO standards, principles, and regulatory.
•Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
•Logical thinking.
•Business level in English both written and spoken.
•Capacity to multiple handles assigned tasks simultaneously.
•Can go on a business trip.
