About this position

The HR Officer (Chinese Speaking) is responsible for managing various human resource functions including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and employee welfare.

Responsibilities

• Take care of the personnel recruitment system
• Design annual training plans and personnel development plans.
• Carry out training for employees throughout the system.
• Manage annual performance evaluations of employees
• Manage labor relations
• Take care of the welfare of employees
• Other tasks assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
• At least 1-3 years of experience in human resources work.
• Able to use computer programs well
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality system will be given special consideration.
• Able to communicate in Chinese (HSK 5)
