Senior International Business Development Department Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Set goals and develop international strategic plans for business and revenue growth.
• Initiate sales and channels strategies that meet the needs and interests of prospective global customers or partners
• Create and execute sales plan, control P&L, analyze data, follow up and adjust the plan to fit the competitive market situation.
• Conduct research and data analysis to identify new markets, new sales channels and customer needs.
• Build, develop and maintain good relationships with both existing and new customers, distributors and partners.
• Manage and coordinate with distributors and partners to achieve sales target.
• Guide and support distributors and partners to create and drive consumer demand.
• Monitor sales and marketing country plan, including market situation of competitors (e.g. sales, promotion, prices, etc.)
• Provide and present the monthly, annual report of sales performance to the management team
• Work closely with International marketing team and distributors to plan and execute new projects with regards to business expansion
• Coordinate with internal departments; such as international marketing team to create brand awareness and planning team to ensure sufficient products volume for sales target.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate the sales and distribution agreements.
• Explore new opportunities and or acquire new partner by attending trade events and industry events to promote the company's products and services.
• Other assignments as necessary.
Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experiences in overseas marketing, export sales or related fields with at least 5 years in leadership role.
• Proven experience in international sales, and cross-culture understanding is a must, preferably in the same industry.
• Understand and comply with all international trade regulations and compliance standards
• Resilient and able to work under pressure and business dynamic.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Adaptability, Entrepreneur mindset, and strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill in English (TOEIC score 700 or equivalent)
• Able to communicate in Chinese is a plus
• Able to travel abroad to attend conferences, conventions, and client meetings.
