About this position
We are seeking an experienced Public Relations (PR) Manager to lead and execute our company’s PR strategy, enhancing our corporate image and overseeing all public-facing communications.
Responsibilities
• Plan, develop, and implement a comprehensive PR strategy, encompassing both corporate and personal aspects, in line with business objectives.
• Align PR efforts with marketing strategies to ensure a cohesive brand image across all channels.
• Manage inquiries from media outlets, individuals, and organizations, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, ensuring positive media coverage.
• Research, write, and distribute press releases, articles, and media materials targeted to appropriate outlets.
• Oversee the development of key messages for public communications and ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Plan and execute effective publicity strategies and PR campaigns to enhance the company’s public profile.
• Organize and manage high-impact events, including press conferences, exhibitions, open days, and media tours.
• Leverage social media to support PR campaigns and enhance engagement with the public.
• Lead PR efforts during crises, managing the company’s public response and working to mitigate reputational damage.
• Analyze media coverage and PR campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to management team.
• Identify opportunities for new promotional activities and monitor the progress of ongoing campaigns.
Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Public Relations, with a proven track record of managing successful PR campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in public speaking and presentation delivery.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Established network of media contacts and press relations is a must.
• Prior experience in PR agency.
• Strong understanding of corporate communications and crisis management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience working closely with executive leadership to manage high-profile communications.
