About this position
The Product Development Supervisor (Marketing) is responsible for coordinating project development, preparing reports, assisting management, conducting market research, and handling related assignments.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with teams to make sure project development executed as per timeline.
• Prepare reports and documents for new product development.
• Assist the manager in preparing presentation, data analysis and reports to marketing department and management.
• Execute the market research and data analysis.
• Other assignment related to this function.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business administration, Statistics or a related field.
• 2 years+ experience working in marketing field or product development in FMCG business.
• Excellent analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency with computer programs especially MS, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Have good communication skills, positive attitude with growth mindsets.
• Driven, Energetic, Analytical, Forward-Thinking with good interpersonal skills.
