Marketing Strategy Analyst Section Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Understand Market data & Consumers’ insight and develop marketing strategy to drive growth in sales, market share and customer loyalty.
• Collect, Analyze and interpret marketing & sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Provide insights, key findings and recommendations based on competitive analysis and market research to support strategic planning.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing & media performance against sales target, market share including provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales and Finance team to support the creation of new strategies using data-driven insights.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and commercial teams.
• Work closely and directly report to Marketing Director to provide and support data for decision making.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) or related field.
• At least 3-5 years in Sales and Marketing Analysis, Performance evaluation / Customer Behavior Analysis preferable with experience in FMCG.
• Have experience in Marketing planning and management.
• Have strong analytical skills and advance skills in Microsoft Excel (Ac Nielsen & IQvia is a plus).
• Have experience working in collaborative environment.
• Have a results-driven mindset and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to handle multi-tasks/projects.
• Can work under pressure and meeting time line.
