International Marketing Department Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive international marketing strategy and marketing plan aligned with the company's brand identity and business objectives.
• Conduct and Analyze market research to understand consumer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to create marketing plans & campaigns.
• Lead initiatives to enhance brand visibility as well as evaluate and maintain the company’s brands positioning through global PR campaigns, influencers and partnerships.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media and tailor to each international market preference.
• Develop and support omnichannel strategies, such as in-store events and online campaigns, to strengthen customer engagement.
• Manage all aspects of international product launches, including understanding the competitive landscape, market segmentation, marketing plan, and product positioning.
• Guide and support local distributors and partners to maintain brand consistency as well as to ensure effective brand representation.
• Coordinate with the international sales department to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
• Manage and control marketing budgets and spending to achieve goals and ROI.
• Prepare regular report and present the monthly/annual report of marketing metrics to the management team Other assignments as necessary.
Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experiences in international marketing, or related fields with at least 5 years in leadership role.
• Proven experience in international marketing, and cross-culture understanding is a must, preferably in the same industry. (FMCG/Health/Beauty)
• Strong marketing strategy and understanding of marketing communication concepts.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media strategies.
• Resilient and able to work under pressure and business dynamic.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Adaptability, Entrepreneur mindset, and strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
• Excellent communication and presentation skill in English (TOEIC score 700 or equivalent).
• Able to communicate in Chinese is a plus.
