CRM Marketing (Supervisor or Deputy Section Digital MKT Manager)
About this position
The CRM Marketing Supervisor or Deputy Section Digital MKT Manager is responsible for optimizing customer data management through CRM tools, managing marketing communications, and enhancing customer experiences to drive retention and market share.
Responsibilities
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and platforms to optimize customer data management.
• Creating, implementing and managing marketing communications activities designed that will attract customers and to increase market share.
• Create, build, and manage communications & automation workflow, including the process of testing, executing, measuring, and analyzing email/SMS/Line OA and future channel campaigns, landing pages, and supporting product content.
• Initiate redemption program and manage CRM gifts for CRM activities.
• Implementing direct communications with customers through the CRM.
• Lead operation and completion of experimentation campaigns, including documentation, from hypothesis creation to influencing creative to identifying success metrics and post-test analysis.
• Development and refinement of marketing goals, pricing strategies, promotional activities and branding in consultation with other Group Marketing Managers, as and when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic CRM plans. Implement innovative approaches to enhance customer experiences and drive customer retention.
• Leverage expertise in offline CRM practices to enhance overall customer relationship management strategies. Lead initiatives to integrate offline and online CRM efforts for a comprehensive and cohesive approach.
• Analyze and monitor campaign results as per KPI setting and consumer behavior insight
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication Arts or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Online Marketing, Campaign Management, Brand Marketing.
• Experience in Online Marketing, Campaign Management, google analytics or other CRM tools.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with various CRM tools and platforms.
• Advantageous experience in offline CRM practices, providing a comprehensive understanding of diverse data sources.
• Goal oriented with an ability to explore outside the box and see ‘the bigger picture’.
• Must have a hands-on / executional approach.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to plan and strategize local campaigns relevant for local consumers.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
