Brand Section Manager (Siang Pure Brand)
About this position
The Brand Section Manager for Siang Pure Brand is responsible for implementing branding and communication strategies, planning marketing campaigns, and analyzing market trends to increase product sales and market share.
Responsibilities
• Implement Branding and communication development by working closely with Team.
• Plan and follow through annual Marketing and Communications plan
• Plan and create marketing campaign.
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic market trend, competitors’ activities, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products.
• Increase product sale and market share.
• Liaise with advertising agency to design and develop communication campaigns and ensure that they are well executed and deliver results as desired.
• Maintain good working relationship with partners and media.
• Ensure all marketing activities are implemented as planned with time constraint
• Collaborate with different teams such as sales, legal, purchase, creative design, production etc.
• Budgetary control of marketing activity
Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in FMCG brand management.
• Highly organized and perform well under pressure.
• Lively, Creative, Driven, Energetic, Analytical, Forward-Thinking with good interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
