The Ad Optimizer Deputy Section Manager (E-Commerce) is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various E-Commerce channels, ensuring performance goals are met through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across E-Commerce channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve performance goals.
• Manage and optimize budgets and spending across different channels to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and analytics to align on campaign objectives and strategies.
• Monitor budget, performance, and key metrics closely throughout the month.
• Collect data, analyze trend and insight to develop media reports.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in advertising, communication arts, marketing, digital media or related field
• At least 2-3 years of Ad Optimization / performance marketing and Media Buying experiences
• Experience with keyword research, competitive insights, analytics tools
• Direct experience managing campaigns through Google Ads and Facebook Ads is a plus
• Understand overall digital marketing process including SEM/SEO/SMM as well as email advertising
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Be able to work as a team and has good interpersonal skill
• Enable to work well under pressure and tight schedule
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
