Supply Chain Admin
About this position
The Supply Chain Admin is responsible for managing various tasks related to stock analysis, purchase orders, and customs clearance, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
• Extract reports required for stock analysis
• Input material request, purchase orders and purchase receipts
• Check and confirm documents relating to purchase order
• Update delivery schedules from Supplier in system
• Prepare and submit documents for customs clearance of imported goods
• Be updated with relevant laws and regulations related to imports
• Collaborate with suppliers and freight forwarders to facilitate the importation of goods.
Requirements
• Minimum D3/S1 from Economy/Logistic/Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering
• 1-2 years of experience is preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Possess good communication skill and detail oriented.
