The Senior Application Technologist (Food) is responsible for developing prototypes in processed meat and providing technical support while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
• Make the applied prototype mainly in processed meat, sausage, to demonstrate the opportunities for company’s products.
• Manage sample collection.
• Keep update industrial trends, consumer preferences and food technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales & marketing.
• Provide technical support to teams & customers, including troubleshooting product issues, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering technical presentations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
• Maintaining, calibrating, and cleaning laboratory’s equipment.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Product Development or related field.
• Work experience in food application, R&D, product development, production in processed meat, meat emulsion products is preferred.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques, experimental design, and sensory evaluation.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
