Sales Manager-ISB (Institution Sanitary Business)
About this position
The Sales Manager-ISB is responsible for leading the ISB sales team, achieving sales targets, and developing strategies to enhance market presence and profitability.
Responsibilities
• Budgeting and controlling ISB sales team to achieve the company’s target
• Leading and Developing ISB sales team and working process to be in line with company ‘s direction
• Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve ISB sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
• Developing annual sales forecasts and prepare monthly analyses and reports that monitor and analyze sales activity and market trends.
• Maintaining, monitoring, and regularly evaluating pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
Requirements
• BA or MBA from accredited university
• At least 7 years experience in sales management focusing on dealer or B2B would be a plus
• Good analytical skills, systematic, logical and strategic thinking
• Good presentation skills and good inter-personal skills
• Ability to communicate fluently in Thai and English
• Can work under pressure
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work with various individuals and groups inside and outside the company progressing towards a common goal.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
