About this position
The Sales Manager B2B is responsible for leading the Institution Sales Channel team to achieve company targets, developing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities
• Budgeting and controlling Institution Sales Channel team(ISB) to achieve the company’s target
• Leading and Developing ISB sales team and working process to be in line with company ‘s direction
• Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve ISB sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
• Developing annual sales forecasts and prepare monthly analyses and reports that monitor and analyze sales activity and market trends.
• Maintaining, monitoring, and regularly evaluating pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
Requirements
• At least bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in Institution Sales Channel or HORECA channel (B2B) and 3 years in management level of consumer Products Company.
• Good in analytical, negotiation, presentation and people management skill
• Winning attitude and excellent commitment.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Fluently in reading, writing and speaking in English.
