Receptionist (Welcome new graduates)
About this position
The Receptionist position is ideal for new graduates, focusing on providing a professional and friendly welcome to visitors while managing the reception area and supporting administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
•Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
•Maintain the tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms.
•Manage meeting room reservations.
•Ensure meeting room equipment, such as pens and whiteboard erasers, are ready for use.
•Inform housekeeping to serve beverages to visitors in the meeting rooms.
•Notify housekeeping to set up meeting rooms according to the requested layout and prepare the necessary facilities.
•Other administration supports and duties as assigned.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in any fields. (Welcome new graduates)
•Experience as a receptionist or admin officer is a plus.
•Good analytical, problem solving.
•Ability to work well under pressure with service minded and strong interpersonal skills.
•Pleasant personality with a friendly demeanor.
•Good computer skills especially in MS Office.
•Good command in English Language.
