About this position

The Sales Engineer (Plastic Packaging) is responsible for driving sales growth through new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while providing technical support and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge new business development part in packaging.
• To achieve sales target by selling company products.
• Maintain and develop relationship with existing customers.
• Planning to visiting customers and provide the suitable presentation of product technical specification for their company.
• Visiting the potential customers and prospect one for any markets.
• Closing sales in every single product.
• Recording sales report and order information submitting to sales manager.
• Response in mentor and take care new sales engineer.
• Responsible for generating leads and achieving the company’s sales target.
• Apply highly developed specialist knowledge and skills in sales and have responsibility for important and strategic channels.
• To implement and oversee the sales, administrative, and financial activities.
• Build up new target customers in order to expand business.
• Understand and identify customer’s product needs to maintain good relationships with established clients and build relationships with potential customers.
• Follow up and report sales progress and customer development progress.
• Job handle and coordination to complete all sales processes.
• Collect the competitor’s information and report.
• Follow up project on hand and forecast delivery in each month.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years experience.
• Have sales skills and ability to negotiate.
• Own car and able to travel to work in the province.
• Good problem-solving and cost-analysis skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Good multi-task of priority management.
• Good command of the English language in reading, written and oral communication.
