The UIH Digital - Operations Support (Manager / Associate) position involves providing administrative support, improving processes, managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, maintaining documentation, facilitating communication, overseeing facilities, and ensuring compliance within marketing and partner operations.
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative assistance to various departments, with a particular emphasis on marketing and partner operations for Microsoft, Google, and cloud solutions. This includes scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documentation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes within the marketing and partner support areas, leading to increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of marketing collateral and partnership materials, ensuring availability for day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with marketing agencies, cloud service providers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and services required for marketing campaigns and partnership initiatives.
• Create and maintain comprehensive records related to marketing campaigns, partner agreements, contracts, and other relevant documents.
• Act as a liaison between different departments, with a focus on facilitating effective communication and collaboration in marketing and partner-related activities.
• Oversee office facilities and equipment maintenance, ensuring a safe and productive work environment for marketing and partner support teams.
• Ensure that all operations related to marketing and partner support adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in operations support, administrative roles, or similar positions, with a background in marketing or partner operations being highly advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly in the context of marketing and partner interactions.
• Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, SAP, Oracle).
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges in marketing and partner support.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks in a dynamic work environment, with a focus on marketing and partner-related activities.
