Project Manager (Construction,Civil)
About this position
The Project Manager (Construction, Civil) is responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
• Oversee construction projects from inception to completion
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Manage project teams and sub-contractors
• Coordinate with government processes in delivering projects
• Implement project management best practices
• Conduct risk management and strategic planning
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in civil engineering
• Master degree is a plus, either in engineering or management field
• At least 7 years experiences as a project manager
• Practical project management experience
• Knowledge and experience in construction & civil management
• Experiences with government process in delivering project
• Team working and able to manage teams, sub-contractors
• Fluent in speaking, reading, writing English, oversea university’s degree is a plus
• Proficiency in MS office and project management software tools
• Project management qualification (PMP) is a plus but not required
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management is also a plus
