About this position

The Network & Security Engineer (Jr. - Sr.) (CBE) is responsible for proposing, designing, testing, and implementing integrated IP networks while collaborating with teams and vendors to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Propose and design, test, implement the integrated IP network
• Working closely with the team to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Coordinate end-to-end project implementation, interface with customer, supplier and contractor installation team during installation
• Configuring and supporting request including switches, firewall, network and other security services
• Provide technical information to support to customers be remotely, on-call support and able to work as shift standby
• Prepare a document for operating manuals including inspecting and improving work manual
• Collaborate with partner vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering of related field
• 3-5 year of experiences in Network and Security engineer
• Eager to learn and update technical skill of network and security
• Networking and security equipment configuration experience is an advantage
• Provide technical service support and problem solving
• Strong L2/L3 IP service, Routing, Switching protocol and network topology as preferred
• Knowledge and experience of Fortinet, Palo Alto Firewall as preferred
• Knowledge and experience of security related infrastructure, SOC, cloud or applications is an advantaged (such as; WAF, DDoS, AWS, Cloud security services, SSL, SSO, etc.)
• Able to work on any critical situation and time pressure
• Good interpersonal and presentation skill with adequate technical knowledge and service-minded
