About this position

We are seeking a talented PCBA Document Control Officer to join our team at Belton Industrial (Thailand) Ltd. in Klong Luang, Pathum Thani. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our document management processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating our central document repository for all PCBA-related documentation
• Reviewing, organising and filing documents such as work instructions, engineering drawings, testing records and other critical information
• Implementing version control procedures to track changes and ensure the use of the most up-to-date documentation
• Providing support to production and engineering teams by quickly retrieving and distributing relevant documents
• Assisting with the preparation of audit-ready documentation packages
• Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve our document control processes

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a document control or administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in using document management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of quality management systems and document control best practices
• A passion for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
