About this position

The Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary is responsible for organizing corporate meetings, managing important documents, liaising with government agencies, and providing legal advice as needed.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and facilitating corporate management meetings i.e. Company's Board of Directors, management team, and shareholder meetings.
• Preparing and managing important documents of the company including director registration, meeting invitation letters, minutes of meetings of the Board of Directors and shareholders, annual reports Report on interests of directors and executives.
• Being a point of contact with government agencies such as Industrial Department, Commercial department, Board of Investment, Land department, Revenue Department, Embassy, etc.
• Convening and providing administration for annual general meetings (AGMs): for example, producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions and handling meeting correspondence.
• Providing legal or strategic advice as required and foreign employment contract.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in Fundamentals for Corporate Secretaries.
• Contact with BOI for Work Permit and Visa including Embassy for Foreigner Passport.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
