About this position
The ESD Control Engineer is responsible for planning and developing ESD control programs, providing training, and ensuring compliance with standards to achieve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Plan and develop ESD control program following ANSI/ESD standard and customer requirements.
• Provide ESD training program and inspection method including material, fixture, tooling qualification.
• Regularly follow up internal ESD performance and work with team to develop continuous improvement.
• Monitor risk-assessment and analyze problem logs to identify the root cause and corrective/preventive action.
• Communicate with related department to support the organization goal in achieving customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Education : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Reliability or equivalent).
• Experience :
• At least 3 - 5 year experience in Electronics manufacturing, SMT, PCB assembly or related industry.
• Experience in ESD management system is preferable.
• Knowledge ISO9001 & IATF 16949 quality management system.
• Process teamwork and strong interpersonal skill.
