Lead - Trade Marketing
About this position
Domestic Trade Marketing & Sell Out Manager will drive the overall trade marketing strategy and execution to enhance brand visibility, boost sales, and ensure the efficient sell-out of home appliance products. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and regional teams to implement trade programs that align with the company's business objectives.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
• Create annual, quarterly and monthly trade marketing plans, including promotions, product launches, and in-store activities.
• Prepare and manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
• Monitor and control expenses to stay within the budgetary constraints.
• Design and execute trade promotions, including dealer incentives, consumer promotions, and co-marketing initiatives.
• Analyze the performance of trade campaigns and promotions, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
• Oversee in-store merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sell-out.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide the necessary tools and support to achieve sales objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform trade marketing strategies.
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Plan and execute product launch events and activities to maximize market penetration and consumer engagement.
• Work closely with the regional team to integrate trade marketing plans with broader marketing strategies.
Requirements
• 5 years experiences in Trade Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
• Proven experience in home appliance or consumer electronics industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and trade marketing software/tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong English and Thai language skills (verbal, and written).
