About this position
Responsibilities
• Design and implement comprehensive strategies for the recruitment, on-boarding, and training of promoters.
• Establish KPIs for promoters and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness in achieving sales targets.
• Develop and execute programs to boost promoter morale, reward schemes and skill-building initiatives.
• Conduct field visits to gather insights on promoter performance, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Utilize data to optimize promoter deployment and improve strategies.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align promoter activities with campaigns, product launches, and sales objectives.
• Oversee the promoter management budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI optimization.
• Ensure all promoters adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards while representing the brand.
Requirements
• 5-10 years experiences in Promoter management, Trade marketing or Sales operations in the similar industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or relate field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good English skills both written and speaking.
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
