Graphic Designer – APAC
About this position
The Graphic Designer – APAC will be responsible for creating high-quality designs and digital content, managing video production, and ensuring consistent messaging across various platforms while collaborating with marketing and product teams.
Responsibilities
• Create and manage high-quality designs for marketing materials, including print, digital, and video content, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Support creative needs for POSM materials, ensuring cohesive and attractive in-store displays.
• Give guidance about creative design for business partners and other subsidiary in APAC regions including TH, PH, MY, ID, SG, etc.
• Design and produce digital content, including artwork, video viral content, and multimedia elements for social media platforms.
• Create animation, motion graphics, and info-graphics to enhance visual storytelling and increase engagement across online channels.
• Develop long-form and short-form video content such as How-to content, tutorial videos, New Product Teaser for platforms like Tiktok, Facebook, YouTube, IG and other digital channels, effectively showcasing product features and usage.
• Coordinate end-to-end video production, including story-boarding, scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production with related functions and agencies.
• Adapt creative designs and content for multiple platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and visual style across Tiktok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Stay updated on platform-specific design requirements and create best practices for social media engagement.
• Localize HQ marketing asset to support TH and other subsidiary in APAC region.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align on creative vision, design specifications, and campaign goals.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and maintaining high quality standards.
• Participate in the meeting and coordinate with Creative & Media Agency for any project.
Requirements
• At least 2 years experience in graphic design and digital content production, ideally in the consumer goods.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, AI, Indesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Aftereffect, Audition etc.
• Strong skills in animation, motion graphics, and video editing.
• Creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to bring concepts to life visually.
• Experience in managing and adapting content for Tiktok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal skill, reliable, eager to learn new things and service mind.
• Prioritize task and deadline in order to complete the task within timeline.
• Familiar with AI Prompting, AI tools, Generative AI will be a plus.
