About this position

The position involves providing service operations and complaints support, ensuring timely completion of tasks and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the status of job pending forwarded to company service partner to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare operational performance and recurring issues report, along with recommendations for improvements to management.
• Follow up on customer complaints received through phone calls, emails, social media etc.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve after-sales services.
• Offer guidance and solutions to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to develop tracking systems and reduce operation time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in after-sales service.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for home appliance industry.
