Accounting Officer (AR)
About this position
The Accounting Officer (AR) is responsible for managing account receivable transactions, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and preparing various financial reports in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day transactions/entries relating to account receivable and ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping and monthly closing.
• Prepare sales invoices, receipts and tax invoices.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and cash balance.
• Prepare Output VAT Report.
• Timely and accurately prepare AR reports.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
• Confirmation process with third-party customers.
• Ensure accounting records are maintained in accordance with Thai and the Company’s accounting policies.
• Dealing with external and internal auditors and ensure compliance with local legal and corporate requirements.
• Prepare control checklists and other documents in accordance with the related company policies for review and approval by Manager and CFO.
• Perform Ad Hoc tasks as assigned by Accounting Manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in multi-international company in Accounts Receivable environment.
• Strong skills in SAP and MS Office especially in Excel.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willing to work hard and independently under tight deadline and pressure.
