About this position

Protect Beiersdorf’s global brand reputation by ensuring compliance with quality standards and managing risks. You’ll be the key partner within the organization to create transparency using a risk-based approach.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Audit Leadership: Lead internal audits across global manufacturing sites and suppliers, identifying gaps and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with GMP standards and corporate processes.
• Reporting & Follow-Up: Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations. Track corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal departments, suppliers, and auditors. Act as the main contact for global quality audits, aligning risks and priorities.
• Quality Systems Improvement: Drive enhancements in quality processes by integrating audit findings and implementing best practices.
• Training & Development: Share audit standards and tools. Provide training and guidance to global auditing teams.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Degree in natural sciences or (business) engineering, with a focus on production technology or engineering.
• 8-10 years of experience in quality auditing, quality assurance, or QMS management.
• Expertise in ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22716) and GMP requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience in process engineering or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, with international and cross-cultural work experience.
• Willing to travel internationally.
