About this position

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Process and Sustainability Manager to join the team at Beiersdorf (Thailand) Co., Ltd. This is a full-time role based in Bang Sao Thong, Samut Prakan. In this strategic position, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements in our compounding section (mixing) and advancing the company's sustainability initiatives, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage process improvement and sustainability projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure projects meet business needs, quality, safety, cost, and timeline requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and sustainability.
• Create a safe and sustainable workplace.
• Oversee change control processes and risk assessments.
• Prepare and validate process documents (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Address challenges and build strong working relationships.
• Support additional tasks as assigned to meet business goals.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• Experience: 3-5 years in manufacturing (sustainability projects are a plus).
• Skills: Project Management, Change & Risk Management, Stakeholder Engagement.
• Knowledge: Safety, GMP, HAZOP, sustainability, and quality standards.
• Technical: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and P&ID.
• Languages: Good command of English.
