About this position
Responsibilities
As an intern you will support the implementation and coordination of training programs, learning initiatives, employee development activities, and recruitment processes.
• Develop and execute Learning project in 2025,
• Assist in scheduling of training sessions, workshops, and seminars, including handling logistics and communication,
• Help track and monitor training attendance, engagement, and completion using learning management systems (LMS) or spreadsheets,
• Contribute to the creation of reports and summaries to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements,
• Assist in maintaining and organizing L&D documentation, databases, and records,
• Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Help in managing recruitment documentation.
Requirements
Your Profile :
• Final year student or recent graduates (Bachelor/Master)
• Have 1 corporate experience, i.e. internship, practical work in L&D/ Recruitment/HR; maximum 2 years working experience
• Strong interest in learning and development, recruitment, or human resources area
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
