Responsibilities
As an Intern you will support the initiatives related to employee engagement and employer branding. This role offers hands-on experience in creating and implementing programs that enhance the workplace culture, boost employee satisfaction, and promote the organization's brand as an employer of choice.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities such as events, workshops, and team-building exercises.
• Support the communications within Beiersdorf.
• Maintain records of engagement activities and monitor their effectiveness.
• Coordinate logistics for events and communication materials.
• Support other HR-related tasks as needed.
• Develop and implement employer branding strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and culture.
• Create engaging content, including videos, social media posts, and employee testimonials, to highlight the company culture.
• Design and execute employer branding campaigns across social media, job boards, and other platforms.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
Requirements
Your Profile :
• Final year student or recent graduates (Bachelor/Master).
• Have 1 corporate experience, i.e. internship, practical work in Employee Experience & Employer Branding; maximum 2 years working experience.
• Strong interest in employee engagement, employer branding, or human resources area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in visual communication, event and project management.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva or another graphic design and video editing tools.
• Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
