About this position
The Sales Coordinator (Oversea Purchasing) - Outsource is responsible for managing the overseas purchasing process, ensuring timely and accurate procurement of materials and services to support the Sales Department.
Responsibilities
• Be responsible for overseas purchasing process of all raw materials, samples, and services to support Sales Department.
• Maintain Accuracy of issuing purchase order for trading terms.
• Ensure that all purchasing will be on schedule and Incoterm rules of each shipment.
• Using SAP for issuing PO.
• Coordinated end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the seamless movement of goods from suppliers to final destinations.
• Developed strong relationships with suppliers.
• Oversaw transportation logistics for both domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Managed relationships with shipping companies and freight forwarders, optimizing routes and negotiating shipping rates to reduce transportation costs.
• Prepared and managed customs documentation, including bills of lading and invoices.
• All other duties that are assigned such as, Reserve airplane ticket, hotel for Salesman and supplier.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Overseas Purchasing.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes.
• Good command Spoken and written English.
• Good negotiation skills and can work under pressure.
• Have experience in using SAP is an advantage.
