The Human Resource Development Officer is responsible for developing and coordinating training programs, evaluating performance, and enhancing employee development through various systems and metrics.
âĒDevelop training Program in the Learning Management System (LMS)
âĒCo-ordinate and evaluate performance through the Performance Management System (PMS)
âĒDesign and apply Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Competency frameworks to enhance employee development
âĒUtilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and HR-related metrics
âĒPerform other HRD-related tasks as assigned
âĒBachelorâs degree or higher in Human Resources Development or a related field.
âĒAt least 2 years of experience in HR development, specifically in LMS, PMS, KPI, and Competency.
âĒStrong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
âĒExcellent coordination skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
âĒProficient in Microsoft Office.
