Field Service and Maintenance Engineer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and predictive maintenance jobs carried out in the field as per the planning and record keeping for the same.
• Coordinate with internal and external party to get site access for CM work with safety, quality and timely. (Including documentation and any conditions).
• Repair/Fix system to make system running up ASAP including investigate the root cause.
• Generate Incident Report and Failure report.
• Generate CM Report and PM Report with quality and timely.
• Generate, Update, and modify SOPs that cover maintenance activity.
• Generate, Update, and modify maintenance manual.
• Preparing JSA by get support from safety team.
• Ensure PPE enough and in good condition.
• Attend internal and external meetings as request.
• Attend all require safety training.
• Looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cost saving.
• Get training with minimum skill requirement and provide training to technician.
• Manages customer service and relationships.
• Manages subcontractors’ relationships and contacts.
• Coordinate with procurement team for subcontractor evaluation.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineer.
• Physically capable and available to work overtime, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
• Obtain valid Driving License.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical and solar systems (Ground mount/Rooftop/Floating).
• A minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in solar system maintenance / installation or electrician.
• Ability to learn and take instruction.
• Ability to understand and follow safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions including but not limited to excessive noise, extreme heat, wet environment, and humidity.
• Ability to work within the safe range of equipment such as ladders, fall protection harnesses, and other personal protective equipment.
• Possess a strong sense of urgency and quality assurance.
• Must be well-organized and can prioritize tasks.
