About this position

Due to on-going growth and project needs, we are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Industrial team in Sorowako, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. This role is fixed term basis with opportunity to be extended.

Responsibilities

This role oversees issue of materials to project participants in accordance with agreed procedures covering materials requests, request reviews, and issue authorisation by the project and clients.
• Liaise with the project team to understand key inter-disciplinary construction sequences and corresponding materials needs.
• Monitor and report on preparation by the Main Construction Contractor of their detailed execution plans with respect to materials – kit definition and early kit preparation, to be ready for issue at when needed in the construction sequence.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Having relevant education background, preferably from logistic management.
• Having within of 4-6 years of experience in a similar role as Warehouse Supervisor.
• Preferably having moderate level of English skills for both written, conversation and writing report.
• Proficient in MS suite of Apps – Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Able to work in a team as team player with positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn new processes, procedures or applications.
• Willing to work on site environment.
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage and/or Mining & Metals industries.
