Marketing and Product Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Able to understand technical data of medical products and innovative equipment, such as lasers, dental 3D Printers, Regenerative materials, scanner, and dental materials to create contents, promotions, and marketing plans to promote the products on Website, Social Media Platform, Promotion campaigns, Exhibition Activities, and Training courses.
• Work with technical team and marketing team of suppliers/manufacturers located in USA, European, and Asian countries to transfer the product knowledge and technical data including marketing programs to sales team. Organize the meetings with sales team to provide product trainings, marketing plan and programs.
• Prepare product specification and supporting documents to submit with quotations or bidding programs to government parties, universities, organizations, or others.
• Work with digital marketing team and technical team to update product data on the company’s website (Ready Planet Platform) and social media platforms, such as, Line and Facebook.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration across functions to deliver the professional marketing activities.
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• Establish positioning of the products, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
• The approve promotional materials, the documentation, and other requirements for conducting clinical studies, as well as an important role in the support for market access.
• Approach key influencers and KOLs to develop the marketing activities, educational and training program, events, etc. to promote the products in focused and target customers.
• Lead and develop the project and work with functional leaders to implement the marketing plan, budget, and activities.
Requirements
• Master’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in science or medical field.
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy is advantage and will have higher benefits.
• Proven success in developing marketing campaigns and marketing activities.
• Proven success in creating promotion materials, advertising, website design, and social media advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
