Responsibilities
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of those sectors of the market relative to the business to ensure the company’s products achieve their maximum potential.
• Establish and maintain accurate overall market information relating to size, trends, selling prices and promotional programs.
• Evaluate economic trends and changes in consumer demand.
• Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities, highlighting its potential impact on the business.
• Gather and analyze market & sales data.
• Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties as needed.
• Develop and recommend for marketing plans to achieve optimum sales and profitability within company guidelines.
• Develop and implement marketing plans which include sales/profit objectives, strategies, tactics, sales and promotional budgets.
• Organize promotional campaigns and coordinate all aspects of product advertising including new product launch.
• Ensure attendance at conferences for achieving maximum market exposure within the constraints of the promotional budget.
• Participate in the process of determining price and volume discount policies.
• Collaborate to generate digital and print advertising material.
• Cooperate with the marketing design and content teams.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree at the minimum.
• 3-5 years of experiences in marketing.
